RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At MB Brands, we are dedicated to ensuring a positive shopping experience for all our customers. Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags in place, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Criteria: Please adhere to the following guidelines when processing a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Original packaging must be intact with all tags attached.
- Personalized items are eligible for return only in the case of text errors or if the item is faulty.
- Hygiene-sensitive items like underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
- Non-returnable items include perishable goods, magazines, sealed items, and those altered post-delivery.
Ensure your return is pre-authorized by requesting a return shipping label and following the provided instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges: For exchanges, consider the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
- Exchanges are limited to items of equal or lesser value within the same category.
- Customized items are not eligible for exchange.
- Customers bear responsibility for shipping costs, except for defective or damaged items.
To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team at customerservice@mbbrands.co.uk with your order number and reason for exchange. Upon approval, you'll receive instructions for the return.
Refunds: Our refund policy includes the following terms:
- Refunds apply to items returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags intact.
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable; customers cover return shipping costs.
- Approved refunds will be completed within 7-10 business days upon receiving the returned item.
- Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded through a new gift card.
